Sporting Life 10k, a new PB!

May 17, 2011 I’ve known Tara for about two or so years and have nothing but positive things to say about her. I first met her when I was looking for some Personal Training help – to inspire me, push me and rev up my gym sessions – and then continued on into her Dynamic Training classes. I loved the small group setting, but I really kept coming back for her workouts, which were always challenging and creative. Tara is always coming up with new and different ways to safely push my body to learn new and more difficult tricks. She’s also full of great advice regarding what foods to eat or avoid, and at what times. I’ve noticed a difference in my body since working out with Tara – I have more lean muscle and my core is MUCH stronger than it was before. Tara is also helping me work towards running farther than I have before, and I trust absolutely everything she has to say. I would wholeheartedly recommend Tara to anyone looking to ramp up their workout with a super cool lady who not only talks the talk, but walks the walk (or in her case, runs the run!).
