July 18, 2011Stay refreshed and hydrated with this cool and energizing iced-tea! An Oregon State University study found that White tea has more antioxidants and less caffeine than green tea.
Directions:
Brew one pot of white tea and let steep for 3 minutes
Add juice of 1 freshly squeezed lemon
Add two drops of stevia or 1 tsp of honey
Chill for about an hour and enjoy!
