Green Goodness Smoothie
Not everyone loves a green drink, but trust me when I say this one is a keeper!
Servings 1
Ingredients
- 1 Scoop Progressive Veg-Essential
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup peaches
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 handful kale or green of your choice
- 2 " peeled ginger
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
- 1 tsp turmeric
Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

Add more or less liquid for ideal consistency.
