Raw, delicious, all natural
Prep Time 15 minutes
Servings 12
Ingredients
- 1 cup roasted almonds
- 1/2 cup salted cashews
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup dried organic unsweetened cherries
- 1/2 cup cacao nibs
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 scoop Vega One or other protein powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes raw and un-sulphured
Instructions

Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Roll out onto parchment paper

Sift un-sulfured raw coconut flakes on top

Cut into squares or use a cookie cutter

Store in fridge or freezer
