A mellow smoothie for breakfast or pre & post workout
Servings 1
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 mango
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 sticks of celery
- 2.5 cups water
- 1 tbsp flax seed
- 1 scoop favourite protein powder such as Progressive VegEssential or Biosteel Vegan
- 1 tbsp chlorella
