Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened oat milk
- .25 cup chia seed
- .5 scoop protein powder
- .25 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- .5 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
- .25 tsp pure vanilla extract
- .25 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions

In a mason jar or other sealable container, add the oat milk and chia seeds and shake well

Add protein powder and coconut flakes and shake again

Add remaining ingredients and shake a final time

Store in sealed container overnight in the fridge

Stir everything one more time in the morning before eating
