Blueberry Breakfast Pudding
A twist on a smoothie for those that don't like to drink their breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 scoop chocolate Vega Protein power or your other favourite clean brand
- 1/4 raw cashews
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp spirulina powder or chlorella
- 1 tbsp raw cacao nibs
Instructions

Put all ingredients in a Vitamix or Food Processor (a blender will likely not work as it’s so thick). Blend everything together until you get a nice smooth consistency. Top with 1 tsp of the hemp seeds.
