Fitness Assessments and Goal Setting
The first start to success is setting SMART goals (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, timely) and determining your fitness level. Your personal trainer will work with you to review your health and fitness background and assess your current fitness level. From there, a personalized training program can be developed to help you reach your fitness goals.
One-to-One Personal Training Packages
Stay on track and motivated with your personal trainer. Personal trainers can keep you focused and working hard, while making sure your form and technique are correct so that you are not doing too much too soon or increasing your risk of injury. As you progress your plan will be changed to keep you challenged and your muscles stimulated for greater results.
Small Group Training
If you like to work out with friends or family with the same goals, semi-private or small group training will save you money while helping you reach your goals with your friends. Stay motivated by training together, so you can both share in the rewards.
Join like-minded fitness enthusiasts looking to be put to the challenge. Our boot camps are designed to make you sweat while having fun in a group of up to 20 participants.
