Are you looking for improved health and vitality? Are you continually struggling to meet your weight goals? Nutrition is usually the last resort as many perceive dietary changes to be too difficult and restricting. HEAL does not believe in extreme calorie restrictions and focuses on natural and wholesome foods to fuel the body.- Annual Nutrition Coaching Package
- Includes Initial Nutrition Assessment and Program, as well as monthly 45-minute consultations to discuss your changing nutritional needs
- Initial Nutrition Assessment and Program
- Your complete Nutritional Assessment and Support Program to get you feeling your best and achieving your health goals. This two-part consultation begins with a detailed health history, review of your current dietary habits, and a symptoms questionnaire. The result is a detailed personalized reference package, including dietary and supplement recommendations, caloric requirement for optimal performance and a 3-4 day meal plan
- Nutrition Consultation
- Start slowly. If you're not ready to jump right in to a total health and wellness program, a one-hour consultation (or series of one-hour consultations) with your nutrition coach will allow you to discuss your current diet and how to improve it for health and well-being. Discuss topics as pre & post-natal nutrition, vegetarian and vegan diets, immune-system support, cholesterol-lowering plans.
- Support and Motivation
- Your nutrition coach will be with you every step of the way to support and motivate you through regular follow-up consultations. As you reach your goals your nutrition and supplement plan must be adjusted and modified to keep you on track and feeling your best.
- Food Log Review
- Stay on track with continual review and feedback of your diet logs. Submit electronically each week or each month to learn which foods you should eat more, cut back on or eliminate for optimal health and performance.

If you're not ready for a total health and performance assessment, a one-hour sports nutrition consultation (or series of consultations) will allow you to discuss your current diet and how to improve it for athletic performance. Discuss such topics as: race-day nutrition, training and exercise nutrition, recovery nutrition, meal timing, cramping, off-season nutrition.
